Garflo Supply Incorporated ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use the Garflo Supply store.

1. Information We Collect

To process and deliver your order, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and shipping address; your order details (items, amounts); and order status information. We do NOT collect or store your full payment card number, CVC, or expiration — card data is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process, fulfill, and ship your orders; calculate shipping and applicable sales tax; send order confirmations, payment, shipping, and support communications; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal and tax obligations.

Transactional emails (order, payment, shipping, and support) are part of your purchase. Any promotional or product-review-request email we send will include our physical mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using that link or by emailing [email protected].

3. Payment Processing

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We never receive your full card details; we only receive a reference to the payment. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. Service Providers We Share With

We share only the information needed to run the store with trusted providers: Stripe (payment processing and sales-tax calculation), national shipping carriers and our shipping software (order fulfillment and delivery), our email provider (order and support emails). We use analytics services (Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics) to measure and improve our marketing, and we may use advertising services (such as Google Ads); these services may set cookies or collect usage data as described below. We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The store uses minimal cookies/local storage needed to operate (for example, to remember your cart). We also use Google Analytics (GA4) and Plausible Analytics to measure site usage and marketing performance; Google Analytics may set cookies or collect device identifiers for this purpose. If we run advertising (such as Google Ads), those tools may also place cookies to measure conversions and improve ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Privacy Rights

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use analytics and advertising services (such as Google) that place cookies to measure our marketing and, if we enable it, to show you relevant ads, including on other websites; where that use qualifies as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under your state's law, you may opt out as described below.

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it or its use for targeted advertising. Many state privacy laws exempt small businesses or apply only above size thresholds, and most cover only individuals acting in a personal (not business) capacity; where a right applies to you, we honor it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising it.

To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your information; we will respond within the time your state's law requires (generally within 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line; we will tell you in writing our decision and, if you still disagree, how to contact your state Attorney General.

If we ever use advertising cookies that constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under your state's law, you can opt out by emailing us or by sending a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we will treat as a valid opt-out request.

8. Data Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and secure, token-based access to order information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

9. Children's Privacy

The store is a business-to-business service and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available here, with the effective date above.
